Gatsby Investments S.A.S. (NIT 901.389.284-3, "Gatsby360", "we", "us"), domiciled in Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (Colombia's personal data protection regime).

1. Information we collect

Through this Site's contact form we collect: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write to us. We do not collect sensitive data or financial information through the Site.

2. Purpose of processing

• Responding to your contact request and evaluating a potential business relationship.
• Sending you information related to our services, where applicable.
• Complying with legal or contractual obligations.

3. How we use the information

When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS) to Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), a provider that receives form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us by email at info@gatsby360.com. Formspree acts as a data processor and may keep a copy of submissions on its servers in accordance with its own privacy policy. Gatsby360 does not store this data on a server of its own.

By submitting the form, you authorize this transfer of your data to Formspree, located outside Colombia, solely for the purposes described in section 2.

4. Sharing information with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes other than those described here, unless required by a competent authority, necessary to provide the requested service (for example, introducing you to a fintech, marketplace or digital ecosystem when you have requested it), or needed to operate the Site through technology providers such as Formspree (see section 3).

5. Data subject rights (Habeas Data)

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to access, update, rectify and request the deletion of your information, as well as to revoke the authorization granted for its processing, under the terms of Law 1581 of 2012. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@gatsby360.com.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

7. Cookies

This Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It may use the browser's local storage solely to remember display preferences, without personally identifying you.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
